Obama, Clinton To Attend Martha’s Vineyard Party
EDGARTOWN, Mass. (AP) — President Barack Obama will be spending some of his summer vacation with Hillary Rodham Clinton.
The White House says Obama and his wife, Michelle, plan to see Clinton at a birthday party on Martha's Vineyard Wednesday for Ann Jordan. She's the wife of Democratic adviser Vernon Jordan.
Clinton is on the Massachusetts island for a memoir-signing session at a bookstore. The Obamas are in the midst of a two-week vacation.
The Obama-Clinton get-together comes after the former secretary of state gave an interview presenting a contrasting vision for America's role in the world ahead of a possible 2016 White House bid.
