A suspect is considered armed and dangerous after several people were robbed on Thursday night near the Wal-Mart Supercenter on Creswell Lane in Opelousas.

According to a press release, Opelousas Police Department spokesman Major Mark Guidry says the incidents happened just after 7 PM. The suspect was seen leaving the area driving a gold Buick with damage on the driver's side fender and a temporary license plate.

Also, Major Guidry says they are looking for a second suspect who was involved as well.
