When President Obama gives his State Of The Union speech this week, members of Louisiana's congressional delegation will buck a long- standing trend of separate seating--based on political party. Metairie Republican Congressman Steve Scalise says he'll sit next to a Democratic colleague. Scalise and Richmond are among a number of U.S. House and Senate members choosing to sit in a party-mixed fashion. He says, after all, they are all part of the same team.
