Scott Man Arrested For Soliciting A Minor

State troopers working out of Lafayette arrested 51-year-old Kevin Carmouche of Scott yesterday and charged him with computer aided solicitation of a minor.  Carmouche believed he had struck up a conversation with a 14-year-old girl on the Internet, used sexually explicit language, requested she send him nude pictures of herself and later asked for a meeting with her so they could engage in sex acts.  It was at that meeting at an undisclosed location in Lafayette that Carmouche was arrested.
