SHREVEPORT, La. (AP) — Shreveport Mayor Cedric Glover is working from his office again after nearly two-months of working from the hospital while recovering from a fall.

Using a walker, city officials said in a news release to The Times (http://bit.ly/VIBvUx) Glover made his way to his second-floor office at Government Plaza late Wednesday afternoon.

Glover was released from the hospital late Monday evening and spent his first full day at home Tuesday establishing a routine associated with his outpatient care.

Glover will spend several hours each week in physical therapy as he recovers from the Oct. 15 surgery performed to repair ruptured quadriceps tendons in both legs.
