State Money For Oyster Industry

The state of Louisiana is providing 2-million dollars out its own money to jump start the restoration of the Louisiana oyster industry badly damaged by oil spill.

Mike Voisin with the Oyster Advisory Committee says the money comes at a critical time because the spring spawning season is right around the corner. He says they are still seeking recovery money from B-P.
