The city of Broussard says statements made to the media by LUS officials about new allegations of a new water contract breach are "inaccurate and misleading."
The argument over a huge water bill is now going to court. Broussard paid a disputed $825,000 bill by the December 22nd deadline, but is suing the city of Lafayette for a refund and bad faith damages.
