The Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns basketball team earned a weekend series sweep over UL-Monroe with a 79-74 win on senior day in the Cajundome.

Louisiana took to the court tonight against the McNeese Cowboys. UL said it is time for us to thrive as the Cajuns got the win Wednesday night 83-68.

The Ragin' Cajuns came close tonight against UL Monroe, but it was not enough to get the victory. UL Monroe won 72-66 against the Ragin' Cajuns. ULM won the first half 34-23. Louisiana put forth a valiant effort in the 2nd half to win it 43-38; however, UL Monroe ended up hanging on and earning the victory.

Arkansas State took the weekend series today against the Ragin' Cajuns. UL attempted a comeback towards the latter moments of the 2nd half; however, it was not enough to overcome the lead of the Red Wolves. Arkansas State won the 1st half 46-29, but UL did battle back to win the 2nd half 48-37 it just was not enough to prevail over the Red Wolves.
