As Tropical Storm Harvey continues to work it's way through Texas and Louisiana, we'll continue to monitor any road closures that may result from flooding.

The work, scheduled from 8 p.m. through 6 a.m. the following morning, will see the closure of Louisiana Avenue under the I-10 overpass.

The work will be done on Interstate 49 between Interstate 10 and the Lafayette Parish line at the St. Landry Parish line.

The work is expected to happen each day from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. on each of the three projects

The recommended detour is using La Neuville Road and Ambassador Caffery to get where you need to go in that area.
