Lemonade Stand regulations will be a thing in the past--in Texas at least.

That's after Texas Governor Greg Abbott signed a bill Monday that will prohibit cities and neighborhood associations from enacting rules that regulate or block children trying to sell lemonade on private property.

People began supporting the bill after Police in East Texas shut down a lemonade stand run by two children who were trying to raise money for a father's day present according to the Texa's Tribune.
