The Louisiana Ragin’ Cajuns are in the top 25 in the second college softball ratings percentage index (RPI) of 2019, which was released on Monday.

Louisiana, who is currently 26-4 on the season, including a 9-0 Sun Belt Conference record, is listed at number 24 this week, a drop of six spots from last week.

The Cajuns, who went 3-1 last week, return to the diamond this weekend, when they travel to Statesboro, Georgia to face the Georgia Southern Eagles in a Sun Belt Conference series.

Florida St. is the top team in this week's RPI listings, followed by Oklahoma, UCLA, Washington, and LSU.

6-10 consists of Texas, Arizona, Florida, Tennessee, and Minnesota.

Louisiana is the highest ranked Sun Belt Conference school, followed by Troy (#53), Texas St. (#76), UTA (#88), Coastal Carolina (#92), South Alabama (#95), Appalachian St. (#106), Georgia Southern (#153), Georgia St. (#218), and ULM (#238).
