UL Women Fall To ULM, 68-63, In Overtime

Louisiana's Ragin' Cajun women's basketball fell at home in Sun Belt Conference action on Sunday, dropping a 68-63 overtime decision to the ULM Warhawks, in a match-up played at the Cajundome.
The loss is the tenth-consecutive setback for Louisiana.
ULM led at the half, 29-28, before regulation ended with the game tied, 59-59.
The Warhawks scored the first four points of the overtime period, and went on to the five-point win.
ULM out-shot Louisiana from the field, 45%-33%, and also finished with a 44-43 rebound advantage.
Jasmine Shaw led the Warhawks with a game-high 21 points, while Sylvana Okde paced the Cajuns in a losing cause with 20 points.
With the win, ULM improved to 7-16 overall, and 5-9 in Sun Belt Conference play, while Louisiana fell to 7-16 overall, and 1-13 in league play.
The Cajuns return to action on Wednesday, traveling to take on South Alabama.
