Unemployment is Down, So Where Are The Jobs?

The President and his surrogates are crowing about the rate of unemployment down, but that said, where are the jobs?  Congressman Jim Jordan (R-OH) has released a chart that there is no doubt that the President would have indigestion over.

In addition to all of this, Gallup has released a mid-month survey on unemployment showing the rate headed back up to 9 percent.

Is all of this a sign of the economy improving or more smoke and mirrors from the administration?
