Republicans in the U.S. Senate will take up the challenge of repealing President Obama's health care reform law. Senator David Vitter will be point man for that effort, saying he'll offer a bill to do just that.  The U.S. House passed a repeal of the reforms last week, but there are doubts the Democratic majority in the Senate will even allow such a bill to go to a floor vote. Vitter believes he can a get his Senate bill to the floor.
