NEW ORLEANS (AP) — Neil Young and Crazy Horse, the Avett Brothers and funk bassist Bootsy Collins are opening the Voodoo Music + Arts Experience in New Orleans.

The three-day festival begins Friday at City Park, and for the first time overnight tent camping will be available by reservation to concert-goers.

Headliners include Metallica and Justice on Saturday. Jack White, Nas and Marcia Ball perform Sunday.

The festival's producer Stephen Rehage says he had to move the stage geared for disc jockeys and electronic music to a location that could accommodate more concert-goers because last year the fanbase was spilling over into other stage areas.

That stage opens in its new spot Friday with performances by New Orleans-based Force Feed Radio, Beverly Skillz and Chicago-native Kaskade.

Grammy-winning Skrillex closes the stage on Sunday.
