West Nile Virus Case Confirmed In East Baton Rouge Parish; Still On Pace For Record Low Year

State health officials say Louisiana is on pace for having a record low year for confirmed human West Nile virus cases.  A new case was confirmed yesterday in East Baton Rouge Parish bringing the number of such cases this year to four.  The three other cases were in St. Tammany and Livingston parishes.
