Ethnic Cuisine In Lafayette – The Lafayette Food Junkie Show
“The Lafayette Food Junkie Show,” which airs from 6:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. on Sunday nights here on Newstalk 96.5 KPEL, gives Lafayette and the Acadiana area its own show dedicated to the food we all love to enjoy and talk about!
On Sunday’s show, Tiffiany Decou, “The Lafayette Food Junkie,” and Chef Zach Doise talked about ethnic cuisine, specifically asking the audience, "What ethnic cuisine do you wish Lafayette had?" Tiffiany says Korean bbq is a popular one amongst followers of her Facebook Page. She says her vote is for Dim Sum.
Tiffiany and Chef Zach also spoke with Rob Sandberg, executive chef at Jefferson Street Pub. He discussed his culinary background and compared Lafayette's culinary scene with Dallas'.
