A federal judge is condemning the early morning eviction of Occupy NOLA protestors.

New Orleans City Officials told the protesters to leave the city before 10:30 last night (Tuesday) and not return again until 6 AM today (Wednesday). Police even handed out fliers telling them it was illegal to be encamped in Duncan Plaza after hours. Many of the protesters there were planning to stay put overnight, but police evicted them  in the pre-dawn darkness yesterday (Tuesday). Well, U.S. District Judge Jay Zainey voiced his displeasure with the city's move in court yesterday before holding a private meeting to discuss a possible settlement of litigation over the Occupy NOLA site. The protestors have been encamped in Duncan Plaza since October 6th.
