A grand jury indicted Daniel Deese and Braiden Sumrall last week on first-degree murder charges in the killing of 77-year-old Mary Nancy Arico in her Norco home outside of New Orleans.

St. Charles Parish District Attorney Harry Morel says 17-year-old Pauline Deese was indicted for accessory after the face to murder and obstruction of justice.

A fourth suspect, a 14-year-old girl booked with principal to first-degree murder, will still be tried as a juvenile because her age does not make her eligible for an adult trial.
