A New Bill On Ethics In Louisiana

Governor Jindal proposed a new bill that has been in the making since 2008. The Governor and the state legislature from agreed on several ethics reforms to help the state's image.

Public Affairs Research Council President Robert Scott says that this proposal will clarify the board's time constraints on bringing charges to public officials and the penalties for late campaign finance reports.
