Acadiana Food Hub Helping Small Food Businesses Get Started

Zach McMath with Acadiana Food Hub/Food Incubator/Commissary Kitchen came on to discuss their new Food Spark program. As a partnership with LEDA and Opportunity Machine, Food Spark acts as a stipend for small food businesses to get started. If selected, the business will be awarded anywhere from $1,000 to $5,000 dollars.
