Facebook will tell you to blame it all on a phenomenon called Mercury in retrograde.
Astrologists will tell you the slowing of Mercury's orbit around the sun has a definite impact on our daily lives. They point to problems with communication and specific issues in relationships.
We spoke to Allyson Schram by phone this morning. She is a psychic medium who specializes in connecting people with loved ones who have passed away. And while she says she's no expert, she says the positioning of planets has a real effect on us.
It's all theory at this point and there are no marked changes in the physical makeup of humans when Mercury is in Retrograde. VOX explained the phenomenon in the 2016 video below.
