Authorities Arrest Suspect In Death Of Teenage Girl

Sheriff's detectives in St. John Parish say a suspect in the beating death of 15-year-old  Taylor Adams last weekend is now in custody. The girl was found beaten and bloodied in her LaPlace home early Sunday morning.  The suspect, 27-year-old Ernest Joseph III, was staying with relatives down the street from Taylor's home. Authorities caught  up to Joseph this afternoon near Gulfport, Mississippi. He is now in custody.
