Authorities Put Out Fire At Beauregard Parish Oil Well Site

Disaster was avoided at a new oil well site this morning.

A flash fire hit the site in Beauregard Parish around 6:30. Local and state authorities had it stabilized by 7:45. Only one man, an employee, suffered minor injuries. He was treated and released.
