Baton Rouge Man Arrested For Allegedly Stealing People’s Cellphones
It seems one man has a thing for taking people's cellphones. Baton Rouge Police say Dave Brown Jr. has been arrested for allegedly robbing people of their phones at gunpoint. They say he's done so more than six times this year.
