Former President Bill Clinton is heading to the Bayou State to tell Louisianians why he believes they should vote for his wife, Hillary, to be our next President.

According to the group Hillary for Louisiana, Mr. Clinton will be at LiUNA Local 99 on Government St. in Baton Rouge on Thursday at 5:00 p.m. and at Ashe Power House Theater on Baronne Street in New Orleans on Friday morning at 10:30 a.m. His message, according to the group, will be to "discuss why Hillary Clinton is the best candidate to deliver results and break down barriers for underserved communities and raise incomes for families as President."

The events are free and open to the public.

Meanwhile, former Iowa Governor Tom Vilsack will be at Hillary for Louisiana New Orleans Headquarters on Thalia Street in New Orleans to greet supporters and volunteers at a phone bank for her. His message, according to the group, "will lay out how Clinton will fight to support Louisiana families in the White House, especially those in underserved communities."

Voters will go to the polls on Saturday, March 5 in Louisiana's primary.
