Black Bear Spotted Near Dulles

If you see a little black bear, walk away and call police.

About 1245 this morning a small black bear was seen in a Lafayette Neighborhood near St Carlos and Merida, off of Dulles. Lafayette PD wants citizens who live in and around that area to be on the look out and to call 911 if the bear is spotted. The bear may be coming out of hibernation and seeking food in trash cans.
