The Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns play their final midweek game of the season Tuesday night when they travel to Pete Taylor Park to take on Southern Miss.

First pitch is scheduled for 6:00 pm with pregame starting at 5:30.

This will be the second meeting this year of the two teams, with Louisiana winning, 6-5 in 12 innings on March 13.  Colton Frank's first collegiate hit was a walkoff homer to left on the first pitch in the bottom of the 12th.

This will be the 51st meeting of the two schools, with the Cajuns leading the all-time series 28-22.  Louisiana is 18-18 against the Golden Eagles under Tony Robichaux.

USM (24-13, 14-4 CUSA) will send RHP Cody Carroll to the mound.  Carroll will be making his 18th appearance of the year, but his first as a starter.  He is 1-0 with a save and a 3.62 ERA.  Carroll faced one batter in the game in Lafayette, giving up one hit.

Louisiana (21-24, 8-10 Sun Belt) has not named a starter for the game.  Tony Robichaux stated on his radio show he expects to throw multiple pitchers in the game.
