"After an intense investigation, three men have now been arrested in the shooting death of Shreveport Police Officer Chateri Payne. Treveon Anderson, Lawrence Pierre and Glenn Frierson have all been arrested and charged with second degree murder. according to SPD, The investigation into the murder is ongoing. Chief of Police Ben Raymond will give a public update on the arrests and the investigation Wednesday morning (January 16)."
