Colfax Man Asks Cops To Search His House for Ghosts, They Find Meth Instead
Oh, good ole Colfax, Louisiana, you're delivering us a doozie!
The police there were called out earlier this week after some people saw one of their neighbors wandering around his yard in a bath towel, carrying a knife, and talking to trees.
Totally normal, but indulge us here.
When they got there, 26-year-old David Maxwell was very happy to see the cops, because the real reason he was outside was because there were ghosts in his house.
So he politely asked the cops to go inside, search the house for ghosts, and arrest them!
The police did as they were commanded and lo and behold, did not find a one ghoul, goblin or ghost. But they did find a lot of drugs.
David was arrested and charged with possession of crystal meth, possession of illegal prescription painkillers, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
