Couple Arrested For ATV Thefts In Kinder

An investigation into a runaway juvenile in Jeff Davis Parish led to the arrest of a Kinder couple for hiding two stolen all-terrain vehicles at their home.

According to the Jeff Davis Parish Sheriff's Office, 48-year-old Jenise Walter Hebert and 44-year-old Gary Hebert were arrested for possession of stolen things when the two stolen ATVs were found at their home on Quarter Horse Lane in Kinder.

The ATVs were initially reported stolen in January.

The pair was booked into the Jeff Davis Parish jail. Bond has not been set.
