A man from Opelousas and his wife have filed a recall petition against Governor Bobby Jindal. Ronny Ray Ceaser says he and his wife Joyce DeCarlo Ceasar began the petition because they're upset over cuts made to higher education and health care. Mr. Ceaser says many universities in state of Louisiana are dear to his heart and "enough is enough". Ceasar, who owns an accounting firm in Baton Rouge, says the governor is lying about not being able to use rainy day funds to offset budget cuts. He says when Jindal attended town hall meetings he never mentioned cuts. Four previous attempts have been made to recall Jindal and no petition has ever resulted in a recall election. State law allots 180 days to gather about 908,000 signatures. Mr. Ceaser realizes he's got a tough task at hand, says he has the resources and manpower to get it done.
