The federal trial of five current and former New Orleans police officers facing charges related to the post-Katrina fatal shooting of 31-year-old Henry Glover, the burning of his body and a subsequent cover up of the incident resumed Monday with the defense calling an expert witness to the stand.  Alan Baxter testified that, in his opinion, former NOPD Officer David Warren's shooting of Glover was justified.  Later, one of the officers accused of burning Glover's body indicated he did it because of exhaustion and stress from the chaotic conditions and deaths in the city resulting from Hurricane Katrina.  Greg McRae testified he was tired of "smelling putrefied, human, rotting, flesh."
