Early voting for the November 6 is underway across Louisiana.

In Acadiana, there are a variety of local issues on the ballot, and statewide, there are six Constitutional Amendments that citizens will have to make a decision about whether they will give them support.

Also on the statewide ballot, residents will have to decide which Secretary of State candidate they want to serve in the post for the next four years. To find out more about the candidates, click here.

Local voting takes place at your parish Registrar of Voter's Office from 8:30 a.m. through 6 p.m. from Tuesday, October 23 through Tuesday, October 30 excluding Sunday.

For Lafayette Parish voters, parking has changed from prior years. The Buchanan Street Parking Garage closed earlier this month. Designated parking spots on the street have been set aside for voters around the Lafayette Registrar's Office. Click here for information and a map.
