Edwards, Rispone Square Off in One Final Debate [VIDEO]

US Congressman Mike Johnson talks with 101.7 / 710 KEEL's Robert J Wright and Erin McCarty about Wednesday night's gubernatorial debate between incumbent Democrat John Bel Edwards and Republican challenger, Eddie Rispone.

Johnson, who has endorsed Rispone, tells KEEL listeners what he expects from the candidates. "They'll talk about their competing plans for the state. We know what Edwards is going to do. He'll double down on what he's done for four years. He's a big government, tax and spend liberal. Eddie will paint a real contrast. He'll talk about getting us back creating jobs and growing the economy. There is no reason we should be last in every (economic) category."
