I'll be the first to admit, with the holidays here, it's not the perfect time to be analyzing every little morsel that somehow manages to pass through your lips at this time of year. Pumpkin pie, pralines, and eggnog all seem to magically appear on Christmas tables everywhere. I always watch what I eat between Thanksgiving and Christmas, but I'm not a fanatic about it. With that being said, Eat This - Not That has come up with a list of the 101 most unhealthy foods you can eat, and the reasons why they are so bad for you.
