Final Attorney Statements In Ray Nagin Trial

NEW ORLEANS (AP) — It's the last chance for attorneys from both sides to present their arguments to a jury in the federal corruption trial of former New Orleans Mayor Ray Nagin.

Closing arguments are scheduled today.

Charges include bribery, fraud and money laundering. The Democrat left office after eight years that included the devastation of Hurricane Katrina.
