Former Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns Hogan Harris and Colten Schmidt are on the move.

Both have been promoted to High-A ball after solid performances in their respective leagues.

Harris, drafted by the Oakland A's after the 2018 season,  is on his way to Stockton, CA after compiling a 3.12 ERA for the Vermont Lake Monsters in the New York-Penn League.  After a rocky start, Harris wound up with opponents batting just .154 against him with an 0.88 WHIP (walks plus hits divided by innings pitched.)  Harris gave up 14 hits with nine walks and 36 strikeouts in 26 innings pitched.

Schmidt, the 2018 Sun Belt Pitcher of the Year, was promoted to the Colorado Rockies' High-A club in Lancaster after compiling a 1.94 ERA in 93.1 innings for the Asheville Tourists.  Opponents had a 2.36 average off Schmidt, who had a WHIP of 1.06.  Schmidt allowed 86 hits and twelve walks while striking out 91.
