Hearing is set for Friday for Man Decalared Dead then Reappeared?

An arraignment hearing is scheduled Friday for a man who was declared dead and then resurfaced last year as a suspect in the abduction and killing of a Las Vegas woman and her daughter. Thomas Steven Sanders is charged with shooting 12-year-old Lexis Roberts and dumping her body in  Catahoula Parish.
