The 23rd annual LEDA job fair will be held at Lafayette's Cajundome Convention Center tomorrow, Tuesday, May 8, 2018.

Representative from close to one hundred companies will be attending tomorrow event.

If you are looking for a job, you are encouraged to dress for an interview and have plenty of copies of your resume to hand out at tomorrow's event.

The event will start at 9 o'clock tomorrow morning and will wrap up at 2 o'clock in the afternoon.

Gregg Gothreaux, the President and CEO of the Lafayette Economic Development Authority says,

"This Job Fair is part of ongoing efforts in the region to connect our displaced workers with companies who are hiring. The parcitpating companies offer jobs ranging from entry-level to experienced, from those needing little training to those requiring advanced degrees."

If you're looking for employment, you can also enjoy two free seminars at tomorrow's job fair. At 10:00 a.m. Laurie J. James will give advice on how you can use LinkedIn to help in finding a job, and then Facet will be giving advice on interviewing tips at 11:30 a.m.
