Arcade Machine Falls and Kills Toddler While on Vacation

Some really sad news to share out of Crystal Beach, Texas.

A toddler was killed in a summer rental after an arcade machine fell on him.

KHOU reports that a 2-year-old died after the arcade machine he climbed on in the house fell on him.

The toddler's grandmother reportedly witnessed the accident, but she was not able to grab the kid before the machine fell on him.

This accident happened in Crystal Beach and the child was airlifted to a medical facility in Galveston where he died.

The Houston television station reports that investigators have ruled this death an accident.
