(Breaux Bridge, La.) - The group FOOD Acadiana announces that the Giving Fridge in Breaux Bridge is now up and running. FOOD, which stands for Feeding Others: Outreach and Distribution, says the new community fridge is located at 513 Wild Cherry Lane.

The community fridge is open to anyone who is in need of something to eat. The fridge is Operated By Raccoon Oak Farm along with FOOD Acadiana. Even a brief look at social media can show just how many people are having trouble putting food on the table.

Why Food Costs Are Hitting Louisiana Hard
