Carencro Restaurant Announces That It Is Set to Reopen

(Carencro, Louisiana) - Some good news for those in Carencro who have been waiting for Tokyo, Japan, to reopen.

The popular restaurant announced a few months back that it was temporarily closing, but after some modifications, Tokyo Japan in Carencro has announced on social media that it is reopening.

The restaurant, located at 107 Hector Connoly Road, will once again open its doors to customers on August 4, 2026.

You will notice some changes in the restaurant once it reopens, and perhaps the most noticeable will be that it is no longer offering live hibachi tables to customers. You willl still be able to order hibachi food, but it willl not be prepared in front of you any longer.

In addition to that change, the restaurant will now have a new party room for your celebrations, whether it's a birthday or any other special event; they want to make your night memorable. Tokyo Japan has also announced that AYCE will be available every day now.

The restaurant ended its announcement by thanking its loyal customers for their patience while it renovated, and said it is looking forward to seeing new and old faces once the doors open this week.
