(Lafayette, Louisiana) - King Cake season is here in Louisiana, and one local bakery was selected to prep up a few of their signature King Cakes for Governor Jeff Landry.

Denny Guilbeaux, one of the owners of Twins Burgers and Treats in Lafayette, posted a video of himself preparing several King Cakes for the governor to deliver to New York.

Yes, the delicious King Cakes were delivered to Gov. Landry, and from there, Guilbeaux said their cakes would be delivered to the owner of the New Orleans Saints, Gale Benson. Once in her possession, Ms. Benson would hand-deliver the Lafayette-based King Cakes to Roger Goodell, the commissioner of the NFL.
