As we walked the streets of Eunice, Louisiana during the recent Noel on the Prairie event they were there by the dozens. The "they" are those cups that you see in the hands of almost every woman in Louisiana these days. It's a tumbler with a handle, a lid, and a straw. No, the concept isn't new but the popularity of the "Stanley Cup" cannot be denied.

Now, if we are going to be correct I should let you know that the Stanley Cup is a trophy that is awarded to the National Hockey League's best team. But the "Stanely Cup" you see in the hands of so many Louisiana ladies is actually called the Stanley Quencher H2.0 FlowState tumbler. Yeah, Stanley Cup is a lot easier to say and the Tumbler version would be a heck of a lot easier to carry around shopping than the hockey version with a similar name.

Just in time for holiday giving, gifting, and buying for yourself, the Stanley Tool Company has released holiday versions of their popular beverage containers. By the way, these "cups" are made from 90% recycled 18/8 stainless steel and they are BPA-free. They come with a lid, so spillage can be kept to a minimum. And the beverage inside can be kept secret, "we know what you're drinking at the kid's soccer game Martha, we can smell the wine".

And for all of those ladies who laughed at us men for being "pigs" with our Route 44 drinks from Sonic. You might be surprised to learn that your stylish Stanley Cup holds just four ounces less. The vessel will keep the liquid contained within hot for seven hours or cold for eleven hours. And, if you add ice, you can count on that ice being a part of your drink for a couple of days.

Just in time for Christmas, the company has launched two other new collections of their popular drink cups. The Winterscape and the Deco Collection are both available on the Stanley 1913 website. Here is what the Cranberry Winterscape tumbler looks like. You could also choose that cup in Pale Stone Winterscape.

The Deco Collection of Quencher Tumblers do feature a similar gilded design but your choices of colors are more than doubled. You might choose Forest(Green) Gloss Deco, Black Gloss Deco, Blush Gloss Deco, Cream Gloss Deco, or my personal favorite, the one you can see below, the Nightfall (Navy Blue) Gloss Deco.

Of course, the previous styles, colors, and designs are still available on the Stanley website. And, as of right now, this is one of the most sought-after gifts in Louisiana. And the new designs are making them even more desirable as holiday gifts. So, fellows if you're looking for a gift for your lady, or for that matter a good cup for your own drinks, you might want to consider some of these options.

Best of all, you can do your Christmas shopping for her in a hardware store, or at least at a website that sounds like a hardware store. And no, Victoria Secret's doesn't make tumblers like these. If they did the beverage would leak probably leak out from what would likely be a "see-thru" design.

And speaking of the men, if you have to do some shopping for "the boys" in your life, you might want to consider these as an idea starter.

13 Fragrances Men Would Actually Enjoy Wearing

If ever there was a smell that men longed to smell it would be this. Gym floors or most likely, the stuff they use to polish gym floors emit an air of performance, anticipation, and flammable naphtha. Nothing will bring him back faster to his glory days than smelling like middle school.
