Judge Rules In Favor Of Louisiana
A federal judge in Florida has ruled in favor of Louisiana and other
state's suing the federal government over the President's health
care reform law. US Judge Roger Vinson ruled the law
unconstitutional, because it forces citizens to buy health insurance
by 2014 or face penalties. The case is likely to go all the way to
US Supreme Court. So far two federal judges have ruled FOR the
overhaul, and two have ruled against.
