The story has come out of Colorado where a 9-year old boy is claiming he was suspended after he stood up for himself.  Fox News reports that the boy had been dealing with bullying and had been told to walk the other way and let a teacher know.  His parents said that never seemed to matter to the bully, so they finally encouraged him to stand up for himself.  The school has a no tolerance policy for fighting, so he was automatically suspended.
