Kim Jong-Un Touts Nuclear Capabilities IN New Year’s Speech

North Korean leader Kim Jong Un is touting his country's nuclear capabilities as his country celebrates the new year.

In a speech on North Korean state-run media, Kim said the entire U.S. is within its missile range and that the nuclear missile button is on his desk.

He said those facts were not threats, but just reality.

He also noted that their nuclear capabilities are a deterrence from any U.S. threat, adding that now the U.S. cannot declare war on the North.
