The Lady Ragin' Cajuns had another great weekend allowing them to extend their record to an incredible 33-1. The girls faced off for three games against the South Alabama Jaguars over the weekend. The girls didn't quite win in the style that fans have become accustomed to, with higher scores, but wins are wins and at the end they had three in their pockets.

The first game of the weekend went for ten innings after no runs were scored until the tenth after a sacrifice bunt brought Christi Orgeron to third base. Brianna Cherry came to bat and smoked a hit between third and the shortstop allowing the game to end with Orgeron crossing the plate.

The second game started off with a two runs in the first, but didn't see any more action the rest of the game. The game ended with a 2-0 score and the Cajuns would move on to Saturday's game with two wins.

The third game would be similar to the first two games from the weekend, as in low scoring numbers. A 2-0 score would emerge during the second inning after a two run RBI. The bottom of the fifth would yield another run after Matte Haack would slam a nice home run in right field.

Overall, it wasn't a high scoring weekend, but certainly did the trick as the Cajuns now stand with 33 wins moving into their next game which is tomorrow starting at 3:00pm.
