Update – Missing Port Barre Teen Found

Update: Captain Kip Judice with the Lafayette Parish Sheriff's Office says 17-year-old Brandy Hebert has been found and is "OK."

Police in Lafayette Parish are looking for a 17-year-old Port Barre girl who was last seen on June 22.

According to Capt. Kip Judice with the Lafayette Parish Sheriff's Office, Brandy Hebert was last seen in the Scott and Carencro area.

"Family members are concerned mostly because the lady commonly contacts family members daily, but no one has head from her in days," Judice said.

Hebert is described as being 5-feet tall, weighing about 140 pounds. She has blonde shoulder-length hair and brown eyes.

She was last seen leaving her home off of Mills Street on July 22 with an unknown white female in a white Chevrolet truck, Judice said.
